If drainage and ground moisture have been addressed and are under control but humidity and high wood moisture content are still a problem, it's time to consider dehumidification.​

Our Closed Crawl Dehumidification System has been perfected over the last 15 years to accommodate the unique needs of our Hampton Roads homes.  It's a tried and true system that is effective, affordable and still allows for solid termite and moisture inspections and treatment when needed.

The System includes the following:

• Removal of debris and old vapor barrier as needed

• Installation of a new 6-mil or 10-mil poly vapor barrier at 100% coverage of the crawl space floor with appropriately overlapped seams and anchored

• Sealing of all foundation vent openings and any other foundation penetrations

• Installation of a Crawl Space Dehumidifier with Exterior Condensate pump

• Installation of a Dedicated GFCI Outlet for the Dehumidifier by a Licensed Electrician

• 30 and 90-day Quality Control inspections to adjust the unit as necessary

• Regular Service/Maintenance Plans Available

• Renewable Annual Termite Protection Plan
